Why am I seeing discrepancies in the data between workbooks?

While all our workbooks are based on the same underlying data, some views may appear to conflict with others. Often the views are using different subsets of the total data, i.e. one view may present stats on completed arrivals, while another shows completed flights.

For instance, the Monthly Airline On-time Performance Reports use flights where arrival information was available, and the Premium Airline Analysis Workbook defaults to using only flights where arrival AND departure information was available.
