How can I Opt-in a traveler that has previously Opted-out?

For a traveler to Opt-in, we require you to fill in all of the open fields in the Trip Alert profile. If a traveler has Opted-out and would like to Opt back in, please see the following steps:

1) First, you will need to do a Profile Search to find the profile. The fastest way is to enter the traveler's email address into the Traveler Key field and click Search.

2) After the profile loads, select Modify.

3) Fill out all fields including the password that is to be shared with client. After this step completed, click Save.

4) Provide the traveler with the temporary password and Trip Alert Profile URL below to update their password.
