It says there was an error generating the data export. Did my credit card get charged?

We only charge your credit card if the data export was successfully generated. Sometimes system issues prevent the export from being successfully generated. In these cases, you will see Credit Card Error in the Status column.

If the charge to your credit card failed, you will not be able to download the export as well. You will need to create another export and enter a different credit card to get your export. We only try once to process the credit card.
